Return policy
  • Our return policy is only applicable to item purchased online and delivered in Malaysia, within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We accept 7 Days No-Reason Return and Exchange, but it must be made under the terms below: undamaged, unaltered, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with clothes tag. (It must be returned to us at your own delivery cost).

  • If you receive any defective / incorrect products, please contact us with a photo / video of the defect, or the incorrectly shipped product, we will deliver the replaced product to you, at our own cost.

  • Please make sure that the products have not been worn, altered or washed and must be in their original state and condition with clothes tag.

  • Slight color variation / minor imperfection ( loose thread, crease mark etc ) are not considered as defects.

  • All returned have to be done within 7 working days after a return comfirmation has been sent.
How to Return

Step 2:
Pack the item in packaging.(Return parcel packing is under buyer responsibility)


Step 3:
Once received our return comfirmation, please send out the parcel within 7 working days. Please provide us the parcel tracking number.

Shipping Information

1. Order Processing:
In-stock items will be shipped within 48hours / Preorder items will be shipped within 14 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment has been confirmed.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping (West Malaysia) : 2-4 working days - RM 6
Standard Shipping (East Malaysia) : 5-7 working days - RM15
Singapore : 5-7 working days - RM25
*Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays caused by the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to the following regions:
Domestic: East , West Malaysia
International: Singapore

4. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

5. Shipping Delays:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays outside of our control, such as:
Carrier delays
Customs clearance issues
Holidays or weather-related disruptions
In case of any significant delays, we will notify you via email.

6. Address Changes and Shipping Errors:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing the order. If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages:
For any lost of parcels, we shall assist in claiming back funds. Once the refund ( from courier company ) is cleared, we will make the credits refund to you. For more details please refer to our shipping information page.
