Measurements stated may vary 0.5-1cm as items are mass produced.Any size exchange is available at your own cost.Colors shown may slightly varies on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications.This will not be considered as defects/wrong item.Return/exchange is available at your own cost.

· Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

· Availability: We cannot guarantee that all items will be available at all times. If an item is out of stock after you have placed an order, we will notify you and refund your payment.

· Coupon Codes / Voucher : If you have a coupon code,kindly ensure to input the code before checking out.Coupon codes may or may not come with an expiry date.This will be informed accordingly.Coupon/voucher is not exchangeable for cash.

· Purchase: Kindly ensure you have selected the correct items in the correct colors/size before checking out.We will not be able to amend orders once they have been comfirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected,or if duplicate orders are placed.

· Payment: We only accept payment via Online.Payment gateway partner : Billplz. You must provide valid payment information when placing an order. All payment information is processed securely.Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.

· Order Confirmation: Kindly input a valid and whole address,including your mobile number.Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery.A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order but is a confirmation that we have received it.

· Shipping: Orders will be shipped out within 2-10 working days upon payment verification.All orders are shipped out according to order number,we do not combine orders.For any lost of parcels,we shall assist in claiming back funds.Once the refund (from courier company) is cleared,we will make the credits refund to you.For more details please refer to our Shipping information page.
