退款政策

· Our return policy is only applicable to item purchased online and delivered in Malaysia, within 7 days of receiving your order.

· We only accept exchange color/size, it must be made under the terms below : undamaged, unaltered ,unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with all tags attached. (It must be returned to us at your own cost)

· If you receive any defective / incorrect products, please contact us with a photo of the defect, or the incorrectly shipped product, we will deliver the replaced product to you, at our own cost. Please make sure that the products have not been worn, altered or washed and must be in their original state and condition with all tags attached.

· Slight color variation / minor imperfection ( loose thread, crease mark etc ) are not considered as defects.

· All returned have to be done within 7 working days after a return comfirmation email has been sent. Request for exchange and return thereafter will not be accepted.
